State today updated the prospectus to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)

State Digital October 23 to the SEC to submit an IPO (initial public offering) application, ready to go to the U.S. listing, landing on the New York Exchange, the Stock Exchange code is "Gomo", plans to sell 7 million ads (US depository shares).

In addition to the mobile-phone portal "3G Portal" (www.3g.cn), state's digital assets include the Go series for global users, as well as the 3G bookstore business for domestic users.

Go series apps are State digital apps for Android phones, including go desktop, go lock screen, go SMS, etc.

3G Portal is the mobile Internet industry's portal site, currently registered more than 440 million users.

3G Bookstore was founded in 2005, is state Digital independent operation of the reading cluster platform and original literature website.

As of July 2010, state Digital has completed three rounds of financing, the total amount of tens of millions of U.S. dollars, investors, including China's broadband funds, IDG, Jafco, WI HARPER 4 VC, in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai and San Francisco have four branches.
