Development tools: Visual Studio2010 rc,windows Azure SDK, Windows Azure Tools

First step: Install the Windows Azure SDK

To first determine that your operating system meets your requirements, Visual Studio can be either visual Studio2008 or Visual Studio2010. Download the Windows Azure SDK at the following URL:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=772990da-8926-4db0-958f-95c1da572c84&displaylang=en

Once you install successfully, your computer will have more Windows Azure SDK v1.1, as shown below:
