Syntax: int Similar_text (String A, string second [, double percent])

Description:

Calculates the similarity between two strings, described in Oliver [1993]. This execution does not use stack (stack) in the Oliver-assumed code (pseudo code), but recursive calls may speed up all processing, the complexity of which is 0 (n**3), and N is the length of the longest string.

Passing the third argument to the function, Similar_text () calculates the similarity expressed as a percentage, which returns the number of strings that match between two strings.
