Sundials 2.7.0 release Time Integrator and nonlinear solver

Sundials (the abbreviation for the SUite of nonlinear and Differential/algebraic equation Solvers) provides a powerful time integrator and a non-linear solver that can easily be incorporated into existing analog code. It only needs the user's minimum information, so that users can easily provide their data structure to solve, can provide users with linear solver and preprocessing.

Sundials 2.7.0 This version fixes the main logic error when consolidating. CVSETTQBDF logic Beenn Change to avoid the 0 divide. The linear solver's memory is created and set to zero. The linear solver freed the memory error has been repaired. This release fixes the conditions for loading a spread array that may be incremented by an order. Fix the updated solution vector and update the parameters under the search. There are various other bug fixes.
