Netease Technology News July 9 news, http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/1141.html "> Tesla China spokesman issued an official statement today, claiming that China's regulatory authorities have been in two separate In the case, the trademark that had been improperly acquired by Bao Baosheng was withdrawn and the administrative litigation accounting for the decision of Bao Sheng to challenge the two trademark revocation failed.

On the 3rd of this month, Zhan Baosheng filed a lawsuit to the court demanding that Tesla shut down automobile showrooms, service centers and pressurization facilities in China and paid him compensation of 23.9 million yuan (about 3.9 million U.S. dollars). An anonymous official at Beijing's Third Intermediate People's Court also confirmed that he had indeed received a petition claim against Tesla at Tesla. Last year, the relevant regulatory authorities have ruled that the trademark infringed upon by Bao-sheng is invalid. This time, the claim submitted by Bao-sheng needs to be ruled out before the ruling can be carried out. (Easy to Branch)

The following Tesla statement:

There can be no legal dispute that Tesla created and used these longwill Mr. Zhan attempted to steal themfrom us in China. Mr. Zhan's lawsuit is a last-ditch effort in his unsuccessfulscheme. This lawsuit comes after twoseparate Chinese authorities have already canceled the trademark improperly obtained by Mr. Zhan, and we are grateful for their support and confident that Mr. Zhan's appeals from those decisions will be unsuccessful. His lawsuit also follows two lawsuits that Tesla filed long ago against Mr. Zhan to obtain recompense for his theft of ourproperty Since Mr. Zhan does notrightfully own the trademark at issue, it follows that that lawsuit is without any conceivable merit. None of thesematters has any impact on our ability to conduct business in China. We havebeen selling cars and are now delivering cars and will continue to do sowithout interference caused by Mr. Zhan's attempted theft of our intellectualproperty.

Disclaimer: There is no doubt that Tesla has created and used these trademarks as far as Mr. Zhan is trying to steal these trademarks in China. Mr. Zhang's lawsuit is the last blow to his unsuccessful plan. The lawsuit took place after the Chinese authorities had repealed the mark improperly acquired by Mr. Mao in two separate cases. We are very grateful for the support of the Chinese authorities and are confident that the administrative proceedings that will take up the challenge of the two trademark cancellations will fail. Prior to the lawsuit he filed, Tesla filed two civil actions with Mr. Tseng as the defendant and demanded that Mr Tsehpa compensate him for the stealing of Tesla's trademark. Since Mr. Zhan did not own the trademark involved, the lawsuit he filed did not have any real meaning. All of these things will not affect our business in China. We have already sold and delivered vehicles in China, accounting for Mr.'s theft of our intellectual property without affecting our continued sales in China and the delivery of vehicles.
