None of thesematters has any impact on our ability to conduct business in China. We havebeen selling cars and are now delivering cars and will continue to do sowithout interference caused by Mr. Zhan's attempted theft of our intellectualproperty.

Disclaimer: There is no doubt that Tesla has created and used these trademarks as far as Mr. Zhan is trying to steal these trademarks in China. Mr. Zhang's lawsuit is the last blow to his unsuccessful plan. The lawsuit took place after the Chinese authorities had repealed the mark improperly acquired by Mr. Mao in two separate cases.
