This paper, through the research of the application mode of cloud manufacturing technology in the manufacturing enterprise, explores the practical application mode of Izumo manufacturing in IBI company, in order to provide a long-term development strategy for IBI company, and also provide reference program for the informatization of related manufacturing enterprises.
