According to the Beijing News, Yang Zhiming, Deputy Minister of Human Resources and social Security, said yesterday that the Ministry of Housing and Urban construction would guide the construction of migrant workers ' apartments, provide public rental housing, incorporate migrant workers into affordable housing, and focus on large-scale construction projects, and carry out "construction site peasant workers standardized dormitory operations".　　This is the statement of Yang Zhiming by the State Council at the 14th session of the NPC Standing Committee. However, Yang Zhiming did not provide a timetable, but said that it would fully implement the policy of mainly government-oriented and full-time public primary and secondary schools, and encourage the urban housing system to be gradually integrated into the urban-rural areas with a stable occupation and a certain number of years of residence in the city.
