Led by the United States, many developed countries for the development of cloud computing has made long-term planning. But in our country, each cloud computing domain's manufacturer has launched the different platform and the standard for the cloud business development. There is no uniform standard for cloud computing from architecture to service guarantee, so the information interaction between cloud and cloud has a barrier, which brings trouble to the deployment of cloud computing. Therefore, we should speed up the formulation of cloud computing standards, establish independent technical system, enhance innovation ability, and ensure that our country occupies strategic dominance in the third wave of information technology.

The development of cloud computing standards not only affects the competitiveness of the country, it will also have an important impact on the change of information industry, the standard of the unification has become the bottleneck of cloud computing industry.

The domestic cloud computing industry has considerable development space, but from the domestic market and the United States market contrast analysis, the difference is still very large, the gap is also very large.

Cloud Computing's entire industry is divided into three areas: IaaS (infrastructure as a service), SaaS (software as a service), PaaS (Platform-service). According to our study, China's IaaS scale accounted for more than 72% of the total cloud computing, SaaS accounted for about 20%, PAAs accounted for less than 10%, while in the United States, SaaS accounted for more than 70%. So we should have a structured cloud computing standard that provides support for SaaS applications.

From the cloud computing industry development, if our country can be based on the needs of industry users to establish a pilot, set standards and application, then the opportunities in the field of cloud computing is very large; if the entire industrial ecosystem in the world has its own standards, the development prospects of domestic enterprises will be very good, And then drive the whole cloud computing industry's rapid and coordinated development.

Now, from the infrastructure to the application of services a series of standards lag, has become our country's cloud computing landing face a major challenge. Because there is no relevant standards, all walks of life in the construction of public cloud, private cloud, mixed cloud will produce information interaction problems, various applications can not work together, resulting in the calculation of resources can not be effectively shared.

At present, some of the domestic cloud computing centers because of the lack of understanding of industry applications, and there is no relevant standard support, can not form a shared application of computing resources, resulting in a very low utilization of cloud computing center.

We must set up the relevant standards of cloud computing as soon as possible and give full play to the advantages of low cost and low energy consumption. This can push cloud computing in all walks of life application landing process.
