Recently, according to foreign media reports, recently released lightweight note application fetchnotes has just introduced a new feature, that is, allowing users to use the Twitter-style syntax between each other to share tasks. This is certainly a happy thing for Twitter-obsessed users.
In fact, the co-founder Alexishiv (Alex Schiff), the Fetchnotes, has shown us that if you type # reading "Please speed up" @chase such a message, the note will be added to yourself and the other chase raise # tag in the Reading section, and will automatically appear in Chase (in fact Chase is the service of another co-founder Chase Lee) 's to-do list. When Chase updates this task, it also synchronizes the update information to Alex's notes. In other words, Fetchnotes's update will allow users to do their to-do items more socially, just as Google Docs's collaboration features are simpler.
Like the simple and easy-to-use concept that fetchnotes has traditionally admired, this new feature is also very simple, and it's a distance from the general notes application. Considering that a lot of things to do today require the participation of many people, so Fetchnotes released this new feature is very practical. This is especially useful for small teams with no proprietary project management systems. Alexishiv (Alex Schiff) revealed that he and Chesley (Chase Lee) had a 90% reduction in e-mail messages since the new feature was used.
Fetchnotes is about to be updated again to realize the sharing function outside the fetchnotes system, which allows you to share your contacts via e-mail address or mobile phone number. To use this feature, the user must add a user name as a contact person, and fetchnotes needs to be authorized by the user to avoid spam. In addition, the company team is developing a One-to-many group-sharing function.
In addition, Fetchnotes will update its network user interface, providing more easy-to-use functionality and desktop-side tools that implement note-editing within the interface.
