Other people's Ubuntu has updated the language Pack (Chinese), I just installed 9.04, how to use existing resources to update my language pack? Can I extract someone else's language pack and install it directly onto my system?

In fact, the solution to the above problems is very simple

Copy/var/cache/apt/archive/*.deb files from someone else's computer to your computer

But only if someone doesn't perform apt AutoClean clear/var/cache/apt/archive/Cache

/var/cache/apt/archive Update upgrade package is downloaded in this directory. You copy all the Deb packages from someone else's computer to the directory on your hard drive.

Copy all files with the suffix named Deb below the directory/var/cache/apt/archive to the same location as your machine.
