Right-click on the Start menu, click on the Computer Management, in the upper left corner of the service and application in the left column to open the Service manager;
Search for services in the search box at the bottom of the Win10 Start menu, and then click Services or view local services at the top of the search results to open the Service Manager.
Open the Control Panel, view the way to choose a large icon, click on the Administrative Tools, find a service, click Open, you can open the Service Manager.
