Steps：

Right-click on the System desktop "start" in the lower left corner, click "Run" in the Start menu;

In the Run dialog box, enter the regedit command, click OK or enter, open Registry Editor;

In the Registry Editor window, expand sequentially:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes;

Expand the Directory\shell in the classes;

Right click on the shell, in the right menu click: New-item;

We named the new #: Restart (reboot);

In the restart corresponding to the right window, left-click "Default", in the pop-up Edit String window, in the Value data column input: "C:\Windows\System32\shell32.dll", and then click: OK;

After clicking OK, restart defaults to:
