Come to this step, this is the Internet industry development inevitable, also should the old saying: This is the best of times, but also the worst of times. For entrepreneurs, big opportunities become smaller and small opportunities become bigger.

On the one hand, China's internet has said goodbye to the era of outlaws, entrepreneurs want to do the next Baidu, Tencent's chances are basically gone. On the other hand, the investment and mergers and acquisitions of large companies are normalized, and the opportunities for startups to sell to large companies are great, and entrepreneurs are more likely to get out of the way than before.

Over the past two years, Tencent, Baidu, Ali, and 360 are actively looking for opportunities to invest in mergers and acquisitions startups. UC itself has invested more than 10 small companies in the mobile internet sector, several of which have been merged by big companies. I am here to share a market, today in China, a team of less than 100 people, the number of users reached millions of (5 million-10 million), the acquisition price is roughly 10 million-15 million U.S. dollars.

So I think the 2013, entrepreneurs in the mentality to do "not waver", did not have the opportunity to expand the platform, but the opportunity to exit actually more than before.

Where are the opportunities for the future? I want to give entrepreneurs two tips: "redefine", "heavy technology."

Redefining is "redefining traditional industries with Internet thinking". Like excellence, Van, Jing-dong, millet, respectively, using the Internet E-commerce model to transform and even subvert the traditional books, clothing, home appliances, mobile phone industry. Last year's lighter micro-letters, in fact, are redefining instant messaging, which subverts traditional text communication in the form of voice and images.

Today's internet has gradually shifted from one industry to another. Industry is vertical, industry is level, the Internet will be one after another to all the traditional industries to transform. In the past few years, UC has been redefining the browser, we do not have a mobile browser as a simple tool software, but want to make UC as a mobile Internet portal service platform.

The entire IT industry will have a change in the industrial landscape almost every 10 years, and each change is a "redefinition" in which the entrepreneur is likely to find a chance to "overtake the corners", because in the corners, those on the straight are likely to be thrown out of the track because of inertia.

Finally, all entrepreneurs are challenged by one question: "Why do you win in homogeneous competition?" The answer is technology. In the next decade of the Global mobile Internet, technological factors will enter a period of rising value. Later, it is not you can think of, but you can do. If a team has no competitive edge in technology, then you are probably paving the way for others and it's hard to end up laughing.
