I want to tell my new colleagues about my expectations and then make a few more suggestions. And I'm a person who likes to tell the truth, and doesn't like to say beautiful words, because I know that beautiful words are useless. But to tell the truth, you may not like it.

First of all, I think we must understand what you want to get to 360来.

In my opinion, the first you must learn the ability in 360, learn the skills to do, because you may walk in the future, may want to become famous, rely on is your ability and skills. And the majority of the people present here are neither Gao Kanzi nor wealthy second-generation, as I am a commoner. Many are the first generation of immigrants to Beijing, the only thing to rely on is their hands and mind. If you want to succeed, the skill is the most important, the other is virtual. The company has no fame, lunch there is no abalone, give you what title, are virtual. Title this thing the most deceptive, you really want to have a good title, I suggest you go home to open a company, you are the CEO Ah! It may also be said that it is important to be unhappy at work, but you may not be happy when the company is hardest. So, the most important thing is that you can learn something in 360, can exercise ability. In 360, only people with ability can get more resources and a bigger stage.

In other words, 360 is a door, now it opens up to you, but how far you can go, depends on what kind of leg you can exercise.

Maybe some people want to say, I just want to find a place hang mix. In fact, a company after the big, there must be some place to mix, I can not control everyone. But I've worked in the internet industry for more than 10 years, and I've seen a lot of loser. They are too clever to mix themselves up with failure. We must remember that muddling through is wasting your time. Think about it, you can still mix after 35 years old? There will be more young people who work harder than you, who are more capable and less demanding than you. If you don't learn anything, you don't have the ability to exercise, they'll take your place. Ability is not mixed out, but learning out, is to exercise out. As a result, you only mix up your age in your business, your ability is not elevated, and your path to life becomes narrower, and your best learning opportunities are lost.

So, if you don't like 360, you must change as soon as possible, find the things you like quickly, find a thing worthy of your own investment, at least you will not waste your life. If you choose 360, just because the company's reputation, you want to mix, the disadvantage is yourself. Think about it, how much money can you mix me up with? You mixed me in a year 200,000, 5 years will be mixed with me 1 million ah, this is nothing to me, but you are here in vain for 5 years of your time. How much is your 5-year youth worth? Is it only 1 million?

I am not only saying this to my new colleagues, but to many college graduates, it is my personal opinion. Even if you're not in 360, you're worth thinking about somewhere else.

If you look around you, will you also find people who are muddling along? Some people are mixed up in there, and the result is losing their competitiveness. To know, rely on their own savings to save the wages, is not save a life to come. You have to make a fortune in 360, if possible, if you have the ability to reach a certain level.

Some people may ask: "Zhou has money, why do so with vigor?" I can tell you straight from the 360, I was actually working for everyone. I do 360 because it excites me and it can greatly satisfy my sense of achievement.

So what skills and abilities can be learned in 360? Many, such as good direction, experience and executive power, leadership, communication skills, the ability to unite others, marketing capabilities, etc., there are too many abilities you can learn in 360. You may also say that you can learn it in other companies! I can tell you that you are in 360, master these things, learn these skills, can be shorter than in other companies, faster.

I would also like you to get 360 options, which is simple, and this is the rule of our industry. I am not a big shareholder in this company and the investor is a big shareholder. All of our employees ' options add up to a large percentage. We all hope that the company will finally be able to go public, like Baidu and Tencent on the same scale, have a good market value. I also hope that many people can find the first bucket of gold, to solve your money in Beijing to buy a house or have a chance.

But none of this fell from the sky. You have to work hard in 360, you have to do well so that you can exercise a lot of your ability, and grow very quickly. In addition to getting rich, your abilities and skills can also bring you influence and a good reputation. Now, even if the enemy mentioned me, will say Zhou do products are cattle, now the internet to do a good job on the client, in addition to QQ, not I do, is my men do. But if I have no things in hand, I am here every day, saying that the old week is China's most likely to do the client, killing you will not believe.

So, as long as you do it in 360, I believe that everyone is likely to do something successful. This may be simple, like patching, but you'll be worth it. And this is the best proof of your worth. Because of your experience, there may be someone willing to invest 10 million for you.

Don't listen to what I say and try to start a business. The opportunity to start a business is always there, but success depends on your ability, depending on where you are. In 360, everyone can also improve their entrepreneurial ability, but also to meet their own entrepreneurial partners, but also to obtain some entrepreneurial resources. Maybe a few years later, you end up in 360, you can really go to start a business, to start their own company, that time you from 360 Amoy, not only the first bucket of gold, it will be your life's second bucket of gold. So I think that all of our employees, as long as you have the ability to have these experiences, with their hands, brain and intelligence, have the opportunity to achieve a large or small success.

Success takes time to accumulate, I graduate from 95 graduate, just came to Beijing from nothing, poor. Before the founder, I actually created the industry, but did not succeed. So I came up with an experience: it's easy to be a company, it's hard to make a successful company. I decided to work in founder company for several years, I was not only working for the company, I was in the accumulation of experience for themselves. So, I am seriously doing my job in the company, and even doing things that many companies do not want me to do. I objectively made a great contribution to the company, but in fact I personally is the biggest beneficiary, because I got a lot of exercise, I do a lot of work ability. Without this experience, I was incapable of doing 3721.

When I was at Yahoo, people thought I was a professional manager. What is a professional manager's image? All day long suits, said cares, executes the headquarters the instruction. I am working in Yahoo, can also be mixed, so still can get a lot of money, but I do not want to mix, do not want to mix it. I think my time is precious, in Yahoo time long, I and this industry off. So, in Yahoo I also with entrepreneurial spirit, in the effort to do things, the search, portal, mailbox to do. I try to improve my ability, experience and insight, which makes me have the ability to invest, do Qihoo, do 360.

There are many opportunities in front of you, but I can tell you that 360 is the best chance before your eyes. Of course, you can go to Tencent, to Baidu, to Taobao, but these three mountains have been very successful, has a very large scale, where you will become more than a screw. Now 360 is not a listed company, there will be many opportunities for you in the future, you can make a lot of contributions to the company's stock and options. But whether you can take this opportunity depends on the accumulation of your experience and ability. Therefore, we do not have to work in the mentality of 360 jobs, I do not need a part-time job here.

I hope you will come to 360, is to work with me for several years. Whether it's still working in the next 360 or not, everyone can do something in 360 and be able to improve on their ability, which is my expectation.

Another point, I hope you work in the company, you must strive to make a small matter of great things, by doing this thing you can get a sense of achievement. If one day you open a company, may be very profitable, but not necessarily very fulfilling. When you earn your first 1 million, you will be very fulfilling. After earning your first 10 million, you will be very fulfilling. But then, it becomes a number game, and you don't feel it.

But today we are all together and we are fully capable of making a product or service that affects hundreds of millions of people in China, a sense of accomplishment that will make you proud all your life. Even when you have children, one day he asks you: "What did you do for the Internet when you were young?" You'll be proud to point at 360 on the computer and say, "That's what your dad used to do." "In this way, not only you are proud of yourself, he will also be proud of you."

I think that a person's life will not be able to become a certain event, but must go to pursue, or with others to do a very big thing. I hope that people will mention me in the future, that I have done a lot of things, or succeeded, or failed. But I would also like to say that I have done 360 to make China's Internet more secure. I have subverted a time when I created a new era of cyber security.

A few years later, when people think of me today, I hope you don't regret coming to 360, at least you learned a lot at 360, and then through your own efforts to earn money in 360, and then through their own to do something with a sense of achievement, but also to build their own influence.

Finally, I would like to say that we must maintain a good mentality. When you come into the company, it may be because of the rush of interviews, the lack of communication, a low position for you, the salary you set is not as high as you expect, but I think the salary you get today does not represent your worth. As long as you have the ability to exercise, with the skills, even if 360 do not give you the space to play, you do not have to grumble every day, you can completely use the skills you learned in 360, choose other companies, to create a better future.

When I was in Fangzheng, I learned what I needed, and when I thought it could not give me a better platform for growth, I could give it up without hesitation. Conversely, if you do not have the ability to choose to mix there, you will never have the courage to choose to give up a company. To remember, courage is not personality, courage is not a head fever, courage is composed of strength.

All of you here today have more potential than strength, and I hope that in the next few years, we will turn our potential into strength. Perhaps, among us, there will be many new generation of internet elites, which is entirely possible, because the future of the Internet is undoubtedly for young people. So, my dream in the future is to focus on being an investor and helping more young people succeed after 360 success.

Human Resources department often advised me not to talk about entrepreneurship, afraid of everyone thinking of entrepreneurship, the next day resigned home to run the company. I tell you, entrepreneurship is actually a kind of spirit, is a mentality. There are many forms of entrepreneurship, not only their own companies, their own when the boss is called entrepreneurship. When your life is still in the initial stage, you do not have enough experience and ability, you need to give people as apprentices, need to learn and accumulate, in fact, this process is also entrepreneurial.

Maybe you want to do something big, but with a lot of resources, you can start a business in-house. Many of our companies are in the 360 internal entrepreneurship, why did they give up their small companies to 360? Because they do not work hard, but because there is not enough platform to make things big. Therefore, they are now pursuing is not to get how much money, but first to make a big thing, for his future independent work lay the foundation.

Today, 360 or a start-up company, not a big company, not an international enterprise, we are a start-up company. We have a lot of entrepreneurial team inside, I hope to join the people to become qualified entrepreneurs, and the company to start a business, here to learn the entrepreneurial ability to build their own cornerstone, this is my expectations.
