{% Cycle %} In Django may have performance problems

Today, jmeter is used to test the performance of a Django project. The Django template {% cycle %} was found to have serious performance problems.

During the test, a list page is found, and the number of processes per second only reaches about 30% of other similar list pages.

It's strange that there is no big difference between the query statements, data volumes, indexes, and query cache on these list pages. Finally, we found that the slow page was found to use bgcolor = "{% cycle '# cecece'' # ecececec' %, to control different rows using different background colors. Remove the tag and test it again. The processing count is increased by 2-3 times. It seems that {% cycle %} may have performance problems. Wait for time to see what is going on in the code.
