Policy settings include the flow of the current step, the handling of personnel, and the return policy settings.

Flow type: when there are multiple steps behind the current step, this type selection determines how the next step is sent.

1. System control: The system depends on the flow conditions you set on the line to determine which step to send (the condition settings on the line will be explained later).

2. Single Branch Flow: when there are multiple steps behind, the current handler can only choose to send to one of the following steps.

3. Select several branches: The current handler can send multiple choices to a few or all of the following steps when there are several steps behind it.

run-time selection: Whether the step handler is allowed to select the recipient when sending to the next step, and if set to not allow can only be sent to the default settings of the processor, the effect such as:

    

Processor Type: sets the type of processor in the previous step when it was sent to this step.

1. All Members: The current step processor can be any type in the organization, can choose Department, post, Person, workgroup. If a department or post is selected, it is sent to all persons under the department or post.

2. Department: The processor that sets the current step can only be a department, that is, the previous step selects the recipient of the step when it is sent.

3. Position: The process of setting the current step can only be a post, the previous step when sent to this step when the recipient can only select positions.

4. Workgroup: The processor that sets the current step can only be a workgroup, and the previous step can only select a workgroup when it is sent to this step.

5. Personnel: The process of setting the current step can only be a person, the previous step when sent to the recipient can only select people, not the type of department posts.

6. Initiator: The processor that sets the current step is the initiator of the current process instance.

7. Previous Step Processor: The processor for the current step is the person who handled the previous step.

8. A step processor: the handler for the current step is set to the handler for a step in front of the process, which is used by the result processor step, that is, the handler of which step is selected to handle the current step.

    

9. Field value: The current processor step is the organization ID string stored in a field in the business table. When this option is set, you need to select a field in the Value field.

    

10. Initiator Leader: The current step processor is the department leader of the process instance initiator.

11. The initiator in charge of the leadership: the current step processor for the process instance initiator of the responsible leadership, such as Zhang General in charge of information department, if the initiator is the information Department of personnel, this step by Zhang Total audit.

12. Leader of the previous step: departmental layering of the previous step of the current step.

13. The previous step in charge of the leader: the current step of the previous step in charge of the leadership of the processor.

Selection Scope: The process handler is selected to select the next recipient's selection. If we define the scope as the Finance department in the process design, we can only select the receiving person from the Finance department when the process is sent:

  

  

Processor Step: The handler of the previous processor type to select a step handler for which step is selected here.

Value field: The previous processor type selects the field value when the value of the field is selected here as the handler for the current step.

Default Processor: Select the default handler for the current step, and you can select a department, post, workgroup, and so on.

rollback POLICY: Sets the return method for the current step.

1. Return according to the processing strategy: according to the processing policy set to return, as long as the person agrees, if one person returns, then the other processor of the step will also be returned.

2. Cannot be returned: that is, setting the current step cannot be returned.

processing Policy: sets the processing policy for the current step.

1. All must agree that if the current step is handled by more than one person, everyone agrees to send to the next step, and if one of them returns, all of the pending tasks will be returned.

2. One person agrees: when the current step is handled by more than one person, as long as one of them is processed and sent to the next step, no one else needs to process it.

3. Based on the number of people: determine whether to send to the next step as per the policy percentage below. If there are steps for 5 people to handle and the policy is set to 50, then as long as 3 people are processed it will be sent to the next step.

4. Independent processing: Each individual processing, such as the current step of 5 people to deal with, then everyone sent, the next processor will receive a to-dos task.

return Type: sets the return type of the current step.

1. Return to the previous step: revert to the previous step of the current step, which is returned to the sender.

2. Go back to a step: set back to a step in front of the current step. If you select this option, you will need to select the step to be returned in the return step below.

3. Return to the first step: return to the process initiator.

Counter-sign policy: If there are multiple steps ahead of the current step, set the process policy of the counter-sign, the policy rule and the processing policy type, only the processing policy is judged by the human unit, and the sign-up strategy is judged by the steps.
