For the two Ides under Visual Studio and Eclipse, I think the biggest difference is the configuration aspect of the environment. As far as Visual Studio is concerned, I download the good one ISO package, start with the virtual CD drive, and then the next step of installation, everything will be handled automatically during the installation process, and eclipse aspect, you need to configure the environment variables, for the novice, You must refer to some tutorials on the web. Second, in the context of program debugging, vs can be debugged by breakpoints to keep track of which point the program is running to, and what the value of some parameters of that point is, and in eclipse, it is mainly debugged through the log system of Java itself. Perhaps a preconceived idea affects most of the sense that vs eclipse is more handy.
