Workaround:

1. Change WCF to Web Service;

2. In the Web. config, add the <system.web>

<webServices>

<protocols>

<add name= "HttpPost"/>

<add name= "HttpGet"/>

<add name= "Httppostlocalhost"/>
</protocols>

</webServices>

3. Refresh the Windows Server Browser and click on the Web service's Hello method to return the specific error message.
