From the classic book "The C programming language", traditional programming books are from "Hello, world"Program. This is a reasonable and appropriate start. Each program has a basic underlying structure, which can reveal the basis of all applications running on the operating system, avoid complicated design tasks and make the structure hard to understand.

This chapter "Hello, world" contains details about how to set and use the programming environment. The environment for developing Microsoft Windows CE applications is somewhat different from that for developing standard Microsoft Windows applications, because Windows CE programs are written on PC machines running XP, but it is mainly used for debugging on an independent Windows CE-based target machine.

Experienced windows programmers may skip this chapter to enter topics with more content, but I suggest you read at least this chapter to learn about the differences between standard Windows Programming and Windows CE programming. Many minor and important differences between the two development processes and the basic architecture of the Windows CE application are included in Chapter 1.
