(3) Inventory Management: manual management is not required. When warehouse receiving and warehouse picking are performed, the system automatically generates the inventory quantity for each type of products for convenient query;

(4) special product inventory: when a customer needs to differentiate products, a virtual warehouse can be established to manage products that need to be differentiated. Each function is consistent with the normal product inventory.

(5) stock transfer management: the stock transfer order number can be automatically generated for different databases to support stock transfer in different warehouses.

(6) Inventory Management: the user can check the warehouse at any time and automatically generate inventory documents to make the inventory management convenient and fast.

(7) Inventory Upper Limit Alarm: When the inventory quantity does not meet one quantity, the system will trigger an alarm.

5. Sales Management Module

Sales order: when the sales warehouse is released, first fill in the sales warehouse picking ticket, which does not affect the inventory;

Sales order: when the sales warehouse is released, the product serial number is scanned to the warehouse order. After the product is saved, the inventory report automatically reduces the number of such products.

6. The report generation module automatically generates the sales report, purchase report, and inventory report at the end of the month, quarter, and end of the year. You can customize the reports to be collected;

7. Query

Purchase order query, sales order query, single product query, inventory query, etc. (User-Defined ).

Query is based on a certain condition, such as the serial number of the bar code, the date of delivery, and the customer of the delivery.
