This note notes about putting tq2440 's factory uboot (U-boot-1.1.6_q43_20141118.bin) through the Jtag V8 burning to Norflash.
Starting Uboot from Norflash, you can either test the bare-metal program, or you can use the Norflash uboot to burn the uboot image to NAND flash via USB and boot the Linux kernel in NAND flash.
Installing Jtag burning Software (jlinkarm_v402d)
Put the Development Board Flash switch Norflash end
Connect the JTAG Connector board to the PC and disconnect the USB port, and the JTAG power light
Open the Board power supply
Open Jflash Arm burn write software perform the following steps to complete the Uboot download
File->open Project opens 2440.jflash Engineering profiles in training-specific software
Target->connect Test If the connection was successful
File->open Date Open U-boot-1.1.6_q43_20141118.bin and set start address not 0
Target->erase Erase Chip content
Target->program began to burn and write
