A view is a query for a select in a database and is a virtual table.
Views can extract data from multiple tables, and can present data in the form of a single table.
Data is not stored in the view:
The data is stored in the original table referenced by the view.
An original table, depending on the needs of the user, can create more than n different views.
Similarities and differences between the query and the view:
Different points:
Storage: Views can be stored directly in the database, query to. SQL file is saved in the same way.
Sort on: To sort must have the top keyword, the query is not required.
Secure: The view can be encrypted and the query is not available.
The same point: All are defined with SQL statements.
How to create a view:
Create a view using SSMS.
Create a view using T-SQL statements.
There are two types of views here, one for your own view, and one for the system view.
