Through this experiment, we understand the function of Octave-3.2.4 and notepad++ and the prediction method of linear regression and how to design and implement the cost function, so that the Octave can achieve the desired result at run time. At the same time, learn Octave-3.2.4 and notepad++ configuration of some methods, but there are many problems need to strengthen practice.
