You can enter the address of the page you want to link to directly after link. Note It is best to use a relative address instead of an absolute address.

OK, now you can set target. Target is used to define which window the linked page opens in when the hyperlink is clicked. Target Drop-down selection box is not selected, when the page is opened in the original window.
