This time I was in the team as a project manager and a part-time back-end engineer, mainly database design, background development, page design and other work. The development of this project involved mobile phones, Android applications, which is a very challenging project for us, after all, Android is also a close brand new thing for us.

In the early stages of the project, the main requirement was acquisition. So we went online to find some of the project needs analysis as a reference, but also found some software to carry out the actual use, clear the direction and objectives of the project development, made a more detailed project requirements document, and the function of the project analysis, and write the corresponding documents. After the requirement document is completed, a meeting is held within the group, the project objectives and project scope are confirmed according to the project requirement document, and the project division of work is started.

In the process of development, sometimes my opinion and the team leader's opinion will be somewhat different, some ideas between the expression is not very clear, will lead to do something sometimes and the leader of the requirements of some discrepancy, or is not up to the requirements, leading to slow down the progress of the project, so that the group needs more communication between, Can better promote the completion of the project.

My greatest achievement of this project is to do things before the overall overall coordination, there is a clear goal and direction and more communication, or a module of the problem will cause another module problem, so cut constantly confused, delaying the progress of the project, bringing countless problems. Although we are not the first to cooperate, we have had some disputes, but we are a team, more important is to understand mutual tolerance and understanding.

I am a product owner in our team and also involved in the preparation of the project. This includes the authoring and beautification of the app interface, as well as some requirements, design and testing documentation, including updates to the blog's progress, as well as updates to each version.

In the beginning I received my own task, I had so some confusion, the whole person also have no clue, there is no good idea, and later on the Internet to find some relevant information to view, to understand the project's entire development process and some of the core of the place. Gradually have some of their own ideas, in the design of the app interface, there have been some difficulties, such as some related layout is a bit messy, do not know how to arrange, there are some special effects and background, some are not touched before, are their own online to view some relevant examples, and then learn.

In my own design of the app interface, there are some places to deal with is not very appropriate, resulting in the other team's program to write a little problem, there is not familiar with JavaScript, and lead to delay a lot of time, but also through time to make up.
