Security issues involve a lot of aspects here to record permissions on the file, which is the basis, as a review.

file Permissions

Generally speaking

Directory permission is 755

PHP files:600 (If you're a paranoid, set 400)

HTML and Image files:644 (if you're a paranoid, set 444)

If the file server requires write permissions, the other person will set permissions 7, such as the cache directory.

Templetes requires higher permissions when the template is installed, but is restored to the appropriate permissions after installation.

R: is readable for the file and is browsable for the directory

W: To the file is writable, to the directory is can be new, delete, modify, move

X: The file is executable, the directory is accessible
