Reason
The Mac blocks parallels desktop from connecting externally.
Solution Solutions
1. If the proxy server is turned on on your Mac, turn it off.
For Proxy server settings:
Disable the proxy server, select System Preferences-network-Advanced ...-proxy-proxy server. "

2. Restart your Mac.
3. Open the terminal application from the From program-utilities-terminal and run the following command (paste the command and hit Enter):
Cat/etc/hosts
4. Check if the output has a similar item:
127.0.0.1 pdfm7.blist.parallels.com
127.0.0.1 pdfm7.vl.parallels.com
127.0.0.1 registration.parallels.com
127.0.0.1 update.parallels.com
If you see this type of item, it means that Parallels Desktop's external connection has been blocked. Remove these items to resolve this issue. Next, explain how to do this.
5. If such items appear in the Hosts file, remove them and operate: Run in Terminal:
