Step Two: Answer the password question answer you set, new password and random code click->> Next;
Step three: Commit successfully, complete the new login password setting.
2, through the confidential mailbox
The first step: fill in your pass user name and your registered confidential mailbox, click->> Next;
The second step: The successful submission, we will send you a confidential mailbox to set up a new login password confirmation email;
The third step: please according to the message in the prompt, click to modify the password link, and reset the password within three days;
The fourth step: fills in your pass user name and the new password, clicks->> Next;
Fifth step: Commit successfully, complete the new login password setting. Warm tip: If you do not receive mail, or more than three days of validity, you can request to send the mail again; some email addresses may not receive our confirmation email, we suggest you use NetEase's other mailbox as your confidential mailbox or provide the Distinguished service NetEase VIP mailbox.
3, through the associated mobile phone
If you find that your Passport account has been linked to the phone, you can reset the login password by:
Mobile users and Zhejiang Unicom users:
The first step: fill in the Pass account;
The second step: we will send you a verification code to your associated cell phone;
Step three: Fill in the Code and the new password, you can reset the login password of the pass.
Unicom users (except Zhejiang unicom users):
The first step: fill in the Pass account;
The second step: your associated mobile phone will receive a check code first;
The third step: After completing the check code, Unicom will send you a verification code according to your checkout code;
Fourth step: Fill in the Verification Code and new password, you can reset the login password of the pass.
4, directly through the mobile phone SMS set password
If your pass account is connected with the mobile phone, you can also send a message to retrieve the password: Mobile users to send the character "PW new password" to 1630 (for example: PW 123456) unicom users to send the character "PW new password" to 9163 (for example: PW 123456) You can set the login password of the pass to the password that you just filled in the message.
5, through the security code
The first step: Enter the pass account number, security code and set a new login password, click->> Next;
Step two: If the username and security code are correct, you can complete the new login password setting.
6. Through customer service
If you are unable to retrieve the password through the above method, or if you find someone else illegally using your account or exploiting a security vulnerability, please contact NetEase Customer Service immediately.
