How to judge dangerous occupations

No accumulated occupation

2. Focus on technical means
Many occupations are regarded as physical labor because physical strength can solve most of the problems, but it also brings about labor shortage and repetitive work. If it can be solved by technical means, it may get twice the result with half the effort.

It is obviously impossible to find people with twice the efficiency of work, but it is possible to use various technical means to solve the problem.

In fact, many software products can implement this method. However, most software enterprises have transitioned from the market-sales-support thinking in the industrial age, and most of them have not been slowed down yet.
From a technical point of view, a self-help knowledge base system can solve a lot of problems. Most of these knowledge base systems allow you to search for answers first. If you cannot find answers, you can ask questions. Before submitting a question, the system first analyzes the previous related questions and answers based on the keywords, and then pops up the information to "intercept" The question process. If the question is intercepted successfully, this reduces the technical support process for one question and answer.
Either of them can free people from heavy manual services. It is similar to the automated and regression testing process in Agile development, this will allow future reuse and benefits.
