This is the first article in The One Thousand and One Q & A series of agile development. (Here, I would like to ask, one, two, three, and the General Directory of the question)
Let's talk about the origins of question one thousand and one first.
No matter in training, consultation, or in daily blogs, emails, or QQ groups, different agile development questions are constantly raised, which consumes too much time to answer each question. If you do not answer questions, I also know that these are not just questions of "interest", but about the work of several people in a team, the career of some people, or even the decision-making in the future of the company, although you don't doubt that you will find the answer sooner or later, there will be many detours to go with your own "twists and turns.
Therefore, it is worth the time to develop a "Long Tail Collector", summarize the questions and answers, and even summarize the people who ask and answer questions, this is why agile development comes from one thousand and one.
I will post questions that have not been answered in QQ, e-mails, and classrooms in the comments of this article to prevent the first floor. You are also welcome to ask questions regularly or participate in the answers to the questions.
Please post a question directly in the top-level comment, which is easier to see. Please also pay attention to whether someone has asked similar questions in the past.
Because the work is very busy, it is difficult to ensure that the questions can be answered in a timely manner. It can only be said to sort the questions according to the importance, whether there are clear ideas at present, and answer them in sequence. After each question is answered, I will add a link to the question comment. The system will automatically notify someone that "your comment has been replied ".
There are more than 200 answers to some questions.ArticleI will add a link or at least say where it is.
Some questions are not answered in this series. I will also add a link.
