2 about Webstorm Setting the Utf-8 format

1. Setting the default encoding for the project file can be set in the file----Settings-----editer---fileencoding (shortcut: ctrl+alt+s)

IDE encoding:ide Encoding (Global encoding format, must be set to UTF-8)

Project Encoding: Item encoding (after SCSS is installed, if GBK is selected here, Scss generated CSS will also be GBK, so the proposal is also modified to UTF-8)

Defaut encoding for properties files: The default encoding of the property file (tut-tut, do not know where the settings are affected, also set to UTF-8 OK)

2. Open any file to see if the lower right corner is becoming UTF-8 format!
