the application store is not open, we recommend that you try renaming the Software distribution folder:
Press Win + X, click Command Prompt (Administrator);
In the Open Black window, execute sequentially:
Enter: net stop wuauserv, carriage return (here will remind service to stop);
Input: ren%windir%softwaredistribution softwaredistribution.old, carriage return;
Enter: net start wuauserv, carriage return (this will remind the service to be turned on).
When you are done, try opening the application store again.
If the problem persists, try the following steps to reset your DNS:
Log on to the computer using the Administrator account;
Move the mouse to the bottom left corner, right-click, and select Control Panel-Network and Internet-Network and Sharing center;
Click "Change adapter Settings" in the left-hand navigation bar.
Right-click the current network connection (local connection or broadband connection), select "Properties";
Select Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPV4) and click "Properties".
In the Open Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPV4) Properties window, select Use the following DNS server for manual setup;
In the preferred DNS server, enter: 4.2.2.1, in the alternate DNS server, enter: 4.2.2.2.
When you have finished setting up, re-enter the application store.
