Must be poisoned, please kill virus and rogue software. If this is still the case after the antivirus, try this method:
Firewall entries added to the registry
If you modify the registry correctly, a serious problem can occur by using Registry Editor or by using a different method to warn you. These issues may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that these issues will be resolved. It is at your own risk to modify the registry.
To add Windows firewall entries to the registry, follow these steps: 1. Copy the following text to Notepad, and then save the file as a sharedaccess.reg:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
2. Double-click Sharedaccess.reg to merge the contents of this file into the registry and create a firewall entry.
3. Restart Windows.
4. Then click OK, start, type cmd, and run.
5. At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
Netsh Firewall Reset
6. Then click OK, Start, type firewall.cpl, and run.
7. Configure and use Windows firewall settings.
