It is the ideal of the ancients to be fit, to be home and to be flat.
You might as well apply yourself to the New Year's Personal development plan:
1. Slim fit
Jogging 2-3 km per night
6th morning Exercise 20 minutes
Diet in moderation per meal
2. Qi Jia
Take care of your wife
Brush the bowl every day after dinner
To be dragged once a week
3. Ping the World
Learn the development and commissioning of unix/linux device driver
Write at least 1 blog posts per month
Learn English, improve listening and speaking, enroll in English training.
Improve communication skill skills and increase the visibility in the company
At the end of each month to the above each review, do then self-excited, did not do introspection;
Written at the beginning of the new Year, hope that the end can be delivered satisfactory answers.
