What I study:
Functional Principle Class:
Disk array installation configuration settings: When a disk array is first installed and a physical disk is added, the disk array installation accessory setting appears as a function that can be represented by the ISM client's GUI .
Summary: My understanding of disk arrays is as follows:
The disk array is comprised of a disk array controller and a disk enclosure. The disk shell is also composed of logical disks and physical disks.
Pool Understanding : In a disk array, the virtual media that makes up the raid is created by federating multiple physical disks, and the virtual media space is partitioned later to configure the logical disk. This virtual media is called pool. There are two types of pool in a disk array , one called the dynamic pool, and one called the base pool. Dynamic Pool may be created by the M series disk array.
Dynamic Pool: Dynamic pools are a way to manage the space above a pool using a virtual storage space . Like lock management in a file system, dynamic pool manages the space that has been used and the space that has not yet been used.
Configure logical disks: When you configure a logical disk, the space is split from the pool according to the demand capacity , and then the physical disk space is allocated to the corresponding logical disk space. The data for the logical disk is stored in the appropriate physical disk space. Because the address of the logical disk in the pool is hidden by the disk array, the user can use the logical disk without regard to its spatial location.
Advantages of dynamic pool : Using this dynamic pool can easily limit the number of physical disks associated with the pool and be able to mix configurations. With it, you can add some features, such as: Pool capacity expansion, logical disk capacity expansion. A logical disk created in a dynamic pool can be used quickly. The dynamic pool feature is a set of physical disk virtual storage pools on a disk array that is created. The logical disk allocates the required storage capacity for the operation of the unused space pool. If the storage capacity becomes shorter, you can add a physical disk to the pool as required to expand the unused space of the pool. An increased pool of unused space can be used to create a new logical disk or to expand the capacity of an existing logical disk while maintaining the current data. You can also put it back. Logical disks no longer require unused space in the pool's expansion pool. Dynamic library functions help manage the ability to efficiently store and significantly reduce costs and increase storage capacity. It also helps to flexibly support any configuration changes or enlarged storage due to new additions to the transaction or modifications.

Issue tracking:
Problem one is how thepool learns how much physical disk space to allocate when storing data for logical disks. How does a logical disk specifically tell the pool How much space should be allocated? Show Curiosity!
Come tomorrow, and then do this, today because there are classes in the morning, so I learned a little, that learning is not enjoyable.
