Win XP has a market share of up to 61.83% in the first quarter, while Win 7 is only 29.69%, the difference is 32.14%. However, in the second quarter, the Win XP share dropped below 60%, to 57.24%, down 4.59%; on the contrary, win 7 shares exceeded 30%, up to 33.97%, or 4.28%, with strong development momentum. At this point, the gap between the two has narrowed to 23.27%.

In the third quarter, the share of Win XP continued to decline, compared with the second quarter, reduced by 3.23%, the decline is still clear, Win 7 continued the second quarter of the trend, the share reached 37.18%, less than Win XP 16.83%.
