2015 Summary and 2016 outlook

Currently has been working for 1.5 in the past year. Feel the work is not progressing:

2015 summary

1) The programming ability has regressed, the code quantity is 1800/year, obviously insufficient, needs in the work, through writes the code to "relax".

2) learned the habit of taking notes, the current use is vim+vimwiki+ Jinshan fast plate, the prevailing youdao, the impression note although the function is complete, but the shortcut is still not like, it happened this year know Vimwiki this plugin, can be more effective organization editor (even publish Web page Generation blog), So the daily work and the little things in life and entertainment can be recorded using this note, through Jinshan fast disk or in the win and Linux platform to share, to meet my requirements.

3) The current position, through 1.5 of the time, the final confirmation of a person need to do what they like to do, in order to play the biggest initiative, I can not be compared with those who have strong executive power, they rely on faith and plan to drive, and I can only through hobbies and interests to drive, of course, I hope to grow up later.

2016 outlook:

1) to learn PMP, as a programmer (at least three years), not just write code, but also need to understand the entire management process of a project, looking at the perspective of the programmer's role in the whole project, so that their ability to improve should be beneficial.

2) Change jobs, the current position is not very like, need to jump to the position of interest, to drive their own interests to work.

3) Coding Requirements: In addition to work, write code/practice, at least 7500 lines, and complete the test process.

4) understand/master the basic technology implementation principle of Android bottom drive/frame layer.
