Step Two: Open Codeblocks directory

Step three: Establish the following path C:\Program Files (x86) \CODEBLOCKS\SHARE\CODEBLOCKS\LOCALE\ZH_CN

If a folder does not exist: right--> new folder-> modify file name

Step Fourth: Copy the Codeblocks.mo to that path. Re-open Codeblocks
