Useradd Creating a user


AddUser Creating a user


passwd Password Change command


Usermod Change the user name, and the user directory


Userdel Deleting a user


ID shows the user uid and GID


Groupadd Creating a user group


Groupdel Deleting a user group


Groupmod changing user group name information


Groups displays the group to which the user belongs


/etc/skel When a user creates a new user and defaults to the location of the configuration


/etc/login.defs is used to define user-created information such as UID GID and the number of days the password is valid
