Next, create roles and user accounts on the VCenter server and log in to the administration Web interface
Select System Management
Select the role, click on the + sign, create a role name of Backupadminrole, and tick what permissions to assign, then OK.

Next, create the VCenter server user account and permissions, set the Backupadminrole role, create the user account, and the user account has a name and password (providing credentials for authentication).
To associate a user account with a role, in the Navigator panel, click Global Permissions. Select the Administration tab in the Global Permissions panel, and then click the Add icon

Next, establish the VCenter server credentials on the Azure Backup server and open the Azure backup management Console
Enter the user name password (if the VCenter server and Azure Backup server are not in the same domain, specify the domain in user name), click Add
Close the Manage Credentials dialog box, click the X in the upper-right corner

Enter the address of vcenter and select the VMware credentials we just created, then click Add
