When we do things, we always move from one a point to another B point. I specially drew three paths to represent them. The first path is our desired ideal state. A straight line from point A to point B will happen only when we are very familiar with it, the true course of new things is actually two or three curves. In a short range, these two curves only have small deviations. If you turn a blind eye to these problems, there may be 3rd paths, resulting in errors going on until you find that they are far away from the target. However, when we adopt agile ideas for rapid review and constant correction of small deviations, we can ensure that we have been on the ideal route of 1 fluctuation and that we have reached point B correctly.
This review exercise on Friday shows us how to continuously improve ourselves, which is similar to agile development.Scrum review meeting.
