Users who are still in the membership period after October 20, 2016 will receive a full refund:

The purchase of users within the last 3 months, will be automatically returned through the original purchase channel;

More than 3 months to purchase or through the Apple product channel to buy users, manually in the official website member record HTTPS://YUNPAN.360.CN/MY?P=VIP or kefu@360.cn customer service box to apply for a refund;

Please apply before February 1, 2017 and no refund will be accepted until expired.
