NET Disk member refund method and refund time

A list of refund methods:

Users who are still in the membership period after October 20, 2016 will receive a full refund: the user purchased within the last 3 months will be automatically returned through the original purchase channel;

More than 3 months to purchase or through the Apple product channel to buy users, manually in the official website member record customer service box to apply for a refund;

Please apply before February 1, 2017 and no refund will be accepted until expired.

How long to apply for a refund can be returned

Automatic refund will be automatically returned through the original purchase channel, will return the original payment account in 1-3 days; Manual application requires bulk collection of refund information, and then submitted to the company for approval to take the financial payment process, it is expected to take 2-3 weeks.
