Problem Description: New computer installed after MySQL in the cmd panel input: mysql-uroot-p, appears: ' MySQL ' is not an internal or external command, is not a running program or batch file.

Cause: No environment variables are configured!

WORKAROUND: Configure Environment variables

Add the bin directory to the MySQL installation directory in path
