' Receiving Transaction manager ' Concurrent program No Manager

Receiving Transaction Manager is found to be no manager state and several other major manager (Internal Manager,standard Manager) are not problematic. Reboot receiving Transaction Manager also has no effect.

Workaround:
Using the following SQL search, we found several key RCV package for invalid
SELECT * from dba_objects WHERE status = ' INVALID ' and object_name like ' rcv% '

After recompiling these RCV package, the problem is solved by restarting the receiving Transaction Manager.
Add: Need to receive again, the original error concurrent program is still no Mananger state, the new program can operate normally
