Therefore, when constructing a transmission bearer network, the network bandwidth needs to be greatly increased to eliminate network bottlenecks and avoid congestion as much as possible.

Data Services have the characteristics of burstable and high bandwidth. Therefore, only by making full use of the efficient statistical multiplexing function of the group network and the ability to dynamically allocate bandwidth can we meet the needs of efficient and low-cost transmission.

(3) Multi-Service bearer and multi-particle Scheduling
3G local access networks should provide a variety of easy-to-use standard interfaces to carry different services, such as TDM, Ethernet, and ATM. In addition, the Service scheduling, switching, and cross-connection capabilities of different layers, such as IP packet layer and TDM VC12, VC3, and VC4, are required.

(4) ability to differentiate services and differentiated QoS Services
3G local access networks should be able to distinguish different levels of mobile services based on 802.1 p, DSCP, IP ToS, and other information. When the network is congested, the bandwidth resources of High-QoS services are prioritized based on the service level to provide Differentiated Services.

To meet the availability requirements of telecom-grade 99.999%, the 3G local access network should be able to implement 50 ms Protection Switching in case of link or node failure.
