I haven't read a book for a long time. I saw the front part of <monitoring> On tianya a few days ago. I tried my best to go to china-pub to place orders. By the way, I checked the computer book rankings, with 45 habits discovered, the cultivation path and the beauty of the Architecture rank top three, and then place orders together.

 

The following is my reading experience, reading time, and book reviews on these four books. My personal opinions are as follows.

 

Monitoring:
It will take less than 30 minutes to complete. (previously, I skipped it because I have read it on tianya ). I feel that the author has a good grasp of the priorities of the plot. Although it cannot be said, it is fascinating. the character image is full. the plot is novel. the disadvantage is that the text skills are not very good, but they do not hurt the elegance. in general, we recommend that you take a look. what impressed me deeply in the book is that the author used the terminology of playing cards and playing chess to explain some of the usual practices in the fight, such as smoking the big names and the child. this is an interesting example for people playing technology every day. It also shows the author's rich practical experience.

 

In addition, it is rumored that the book is based on Microsoft, including many names and products in the book. as mentioned in the book, software companies intentionally hide backdoors in their products. in this regard, I think it is too risky to install backdoors if the software products are very successful. although we can crack our opponent through a backdoor, we can also take this as a handle to hold the house apart. moreover, today, when reverse engineering and security research are so developed, it is impossible for people with brains to make such stupid mistakes.

 

I think someone asked Microsoft engineers, do you have a universal password for an NT4 domain account? I would not be an engineer if I had one.

 

45 habits of efficient programmers

Finish reading in 15 minutes

In fact, I just took a look at the incorrect conclusions in front of each "habit", and the correct conclusions in the back are boring in the middle. The conclusion is too obvious. Isn't the correct conclusion behind that obvious. I don't think this book should be so thick. The original 1/4 is enough. At the same time, I think the title is "the cultivation path", which is also favored by the public. The content of this book actually reveals 45 habits of a normal programmer. This subtitle should be removed from the cultivation path. The biggest problem with this book is that it is useless to reveal habits. Habits are often the result. There is a paradox here. People who need these habits are often trapped in basic knowledge. People with solid basic knowledge often have these habits. Tragedy ~~~

Practices for programmers
After reading it in 10 minutes, I felt like I didn't see anything.

I looked back for 10 minutes and suddenly found all the terms in the appendix and listed them. At the same time, I suddenly found that the 45 habits of efficient programmers were originally the next part of this book ~~~
Like 45 habits, this book also exists in the paradox. Worse than the 45 habits, this book is longer, and there are more quote and metaphor in it. In addition, it seems that translation is not quite a sense of language.

In general, it doesn't matter whether you read these two books. You are either at the beginning of the paradox or at the end of the paradox. This book will not change you or anything. At most, it will prove that you survive in the paradox.
