When you start a Tomcat server in eclipse, it is often due to a system initialization project that results in a 45-second Tomcat server startup error.

I used to find an XML configuration file that would correspond to a value of timeout 45, and modify it to be considered large enough to solve the problem. Today, I encountered this problem again, if I find a solution on the internet again. found that the original can be so convenient to solve. It is recorded here that the problem can be solved quickly when it is encountered in the future.
Workaround:
1. Double-click the corresponding server in the servers view to open the server's properties interface. Such as:

2. In the Timeouts->start attribute, change the value 45 to be large enough.
3. Save the changes and restart Tomcat. If you still report a timeout error, continue with the above steps to change the start value under timeouts.
