First approach: for Win7 users
1. Please enter services.msc in the Start menu search box and click Enter to open the service.
2. Locate the remote Access Auto Connection Manager service in the Open service, right-click the service and click "Start". If the service can start, try connecting to the network again after you start, and if the service fails to start, try step 3.
3. Please enter regedit in the Start Menu search box and click Enter to open Registry Editor.
4. Find the Hkey_local_machine/system/currentcontrolset/services/eventlog, confirm the existence of the parameters item, if it exists, right-click the item and click "Export" as a backup, If additional problems occur after you delete the item, you can double-click the file to import the registry as a backup. Then, delete the Parameters folder under EventLog.
5, turn on the service again, find the following four services in turn and right-click to start:
Windows Event Log
Secure Socket tunneling Protocol Service
Telephony
Remote Access Auto Connection Manager
6. Reconfirm the ability to connect to the network.
Second method: Uninstall update patches
Go to Control Panel-Program and function-left "view installed Updates", find kb917606, right-click-Uninstall.
Third method: Batch File
First step: Create a new Notepad file on the desktop, and enter

"C:WINDOWSSYSTEM32LOGFILESWMI"/grant administrators:f/t
Then save as 711.bat.
Step Two: Enter "Gpedit.msc" in the search window of the Start menu, open the Group Policy, click "Computer Matching
"-" Windows Settings "-" script (Start/shutdown).
Step three: Double click on the "Shut down" item on the right side of the screen and click the "Add" button in the pop-up "Shutdown Properties" dialog box.
Add 711.bat as a shutdown script to exit the Group Policy window. Restart your computer and setup is complete.
Fourth method: Command prompt
Enter CMD, and then lose netsh winsock reset, enter, restart on the good. This method is only suitable for Win7 users.
The fifth way: None of the above can be solved, you can only reinstall the system.
