System: Win7 x64

VirtualBox version: 4.3.28


Problem:

" failed to create COM object , application will be interrupted" when starting virtual machine, error code is 0x80004002


Click OK to display the " unable to start the virtual machine " BlaBla problem, forget that the error code is E_FAIL0x80004005


Workaround:

Swap with the lower version of the VirtualBox, originally installed is 4.3.28, I directly with the 4.3.12 overlay installation, problem solving.

Attached VirtualBox 4.3.12:http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/4.3.12/virtualbox-4.3.12-93733-win.exe
